What the site is
WageCalcs, published by Kordal Systems (Kolkata, India), offers free calculators and plain-language summaries of federal and state wage and hour rules. You may use it for your own purposes, personal or commercial, without an account.
Not legal or tax advice
The calculators apply published rules to the figures you enter. They do not know your employer, your contract, your exemptions or the rest of your tax return, any of which can change the answer. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice, and using the site does not create any professional relationship. For a decision that matters, check with your state labor department, the IRS or a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We check each rule against its official source and show the date we did so, but laws and figures change and we can make mistakes. Each page links to its sources so you can confirm the rule yourself. If you find an error, please tell us.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kordal Systems is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including any underpayment, overpayment, penalty or tax owed.
Advertising and paid links
The site carries no ads or paid links today. If it does in future, ads will be marked “Advertisement”, paid links will be marked “Paid link”, and neither will have any say over a calculation or a rule summary.
