Calculations run in your browser
Every calculator works out its result on your device. Rates, hours, balances, income and any other figure you enter stay in the page while you calculate. They are not sent to us, and we do not store them.
The page address
So you can bookmark or share a result, the calculator writes your inputs into the page address, after the
?. That happens in your browser. If you reload the page, bookmark it or send the link to someone, the
address with those figures is requested from our host like any other page address, and may appear in its logs.
Following a link, to another page here or to another site, does not pass those figures along: the site tells
browsers to share only its domain.
Use Reset to example to clear them.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the address requested. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics
The site does not currently use analytics. If that changes, this section will say what is used before it starts.
Advertising
The site does not currently show ads. If that changes, this section will describe the ad provider and your choices before the first ad appears.
Your theme choice
If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the next page uses it. It never leaves your device.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to fix what you reported. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your email.
Children
The site is meant for adults dealing with pay and leave. It is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Apart from emails you send us, we hold none. To make a request, email hello@wagecalcs.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
